Our history

It was during those years that Italo, with research and dedication, building on our strong roots, worked to push the boundaries of traditional leavened cakes, with the ambition of bringing Panettone and Colomba into the new millennium.Finally, it is thanks to his sons Cristiano and Nicolò that the brand expanded its horizons, collecting awards both in Italy and abroad.

Since our panettone was first created, many years ago, a lot has changed. What has never changed is our approach, always in pursuit of the highest possible quality. Being artisans today means preserving tradition, but also knowing how to innovate. That's why in our workshops you'll find only 70-year-old Artofex mixers alongside the latest generation ovens.
